Heavy Deeds is back! GARDEN PARTY is a pop folk rock album with a splash of psychedelia. Heavy themes and soft chants about concentrated power and the mysteries of the universe brightly dance upon beautifully upbeat rhythms and minimalist grooves.
In 2014, several band members began to retreat from civilization moving away from Minneapolis to Wisconsin and Northern California. The album became a long-distance friendship of collaborative writing and recording, and they cultivated the songs for five summers. GARDEN PARTY is the sonic harvest of this effort.
